Welcome to the home page of the Delaware County Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation, dedicated to honoring the memories of the brave men and women of Delaware County, Pennsylvania Law Enforcement who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. These brave men and women walked a line between the just and the unjust, a line that few could walk; they did so with honor and dedication. And when the moment came, they did not waver...they gave all so that we may live in peace and freedom. We will always remember their service and sacrifice, and they shall live in our hearts forever!
2011 Delaware County Run for Heroes
The 11th Annual Delco Run For Heroes is being help Sunday Oct 9th at the Springfield Twp Municipal Complex 50 Powell Rd Springfield PA. 19064.
As always, we need your help in getting the word out for runners and walkers for our 5K event.
Registration forms and sponsor forms are attached, please distribute them as widely as possible. Volunteers for the event are also appreciated!
If you have any ideas for a sponsor and would prefer me to contact them I will be happy to do so, just let me know.
This is a great event and has raised $264,000 for the Delco Hero Scholarship Fund in our 10 years so far. Race time is 9 am.
Fun for walkers and runners of all ages, families (stroller friendly), we even have free coffee and bagels.
